Many months ago, someone posted a lengthy combination of various
gluten-free flours which they asserted would work when substituted
directly in a receipe calling for gluten-containing flour. I have
since lost this and would greatly appreciate it if someone would send
it to me again. I would also love to hear about people's experience
with this flour combination. Thanks.
