Is it common to notice an increase in appetite after commencing a gf diet?
I now seem to be grazing through the day, rather than eating 3 meals. It
can be a bit embarrassing esp at work, when i have to eat all the time. I
find i get irritable and lose concentration if i go longer than a couple of
hours without something to eat. Anyone else have the same problem? I don't
imagine it is harmful to eat many small meals rather than a few large meals,
but sometimes it is not convenient. Any solutions?
