Thanks to everyone who responded to my pleas for help with morning sickness!!

The responses were numerous and so I will just list the ideas most frequently
mentioned:

homemade chicken broth
Rice Bran Crackers
Vitamin B6 and B12
rice cakes - Japanese, popcorn and regular
low fat or baked potato chips
cold cereal right out of the box
cream of rice cereal
baked potatoes with salt and butter
raw almonds
sprite
puffed rice cereal
non-acidic fruit
lemon juice in water
peanut butter
plain yogurt
de-ro-ma crackers
chunk of cheese
ginger in water with honey (fresh ginger)

Thanks again for all your support. Now that the first trimester is coming to
a close, the misery is tolerable as long as I don't let myself get hungry.
The thing that helped me the most was letting each day decide what would
work. If oranges worked one day, corn chips would work the next etc. It was
and is always a surprise what the magic "treat" will be for the day. This
list is the best thing - Thank you

Michele
