Just wanted to share my scare on fries- I try to only eat fries when they are
cooked in their own fryer, but I got an additional scare the other day. As I
was waiting for my order to come up, a friend and I were sitting at the
counter chatting. All of a sudden out of the corner of my eye I noticed the
worker pouring a bag of sweet potato fries into the fryer- I asked if I could
see the bag he was about to throw away and was shocked to see wheat flour as
the third listed ingredient- I just assumed that restaurants hand cut fresh
potatoes-and was quite shocked to learn otherwise.
Hope this saves some one out there from a gluten attack.
