I picked up a few things at the oriental food store and the ingredents
are very simple. Rice flour and water.

      Bangkok elephant rice flour
      jinsanhe rice stick (like spaghetti)
      Khamphouk noodle stick

If anyone has had any contamination problems or good luck with these
or other things from a oriental store please let me know. The price is
reasonable and a second source is always good.
