I am not sure if I would say that this change is limited to the transient
version of CD.  This is why years ago they thought that CD was cured in
children.  In the last few years they have found the error of their ways
and no longer report that CD can be cured.  I know several women who
were "cured" as children.  In both cases, it can back worst.
