Now that I'm back on a gluten free diet, after a 30 + year hiatus I'd like
an opinion. I've found that the store bought pasta made with corn is almost
impossible to tell from the regular wheat or semolina type but I have found
that the ones made with rice flour start to get very slimy after just a
couple minutes. Has anyone else found this or did I just get a bad brand? It
was E-nergy Foods brand, of who's products I've not cared much for!!!!!
Also does any one have a GOOD pie crust recipe???? I'd kill at this point
for a HOME MADE apple pie!!
