I made these yesterday and they were quite good. The bran is rather
different but tastes great with added raisons, nuts etc..
Rice bran Muffins
3/4 cup brown rice flour
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsps gf baking powder
1/2 cup sweetener
1 cup rice bran
1 cup milk or substitute
2 eggs or substitute
1/3 cup oil
Mix dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients. Bake for 15 minutes in
a 425 degree oven.
