Hi,
My 61/2 year old is newly dx'd as glutin intolerant. We had his urine
tested by Karl Reicheld in Norway. He does a lot of research on gluten in
relation to Autism. My son is doing quite well in a regular 1st grade with
an aide. He has been dairy, whole wheat and chocolate free since 4/96.
These diatary changes have made significant changes in my son. We are going
to be gluten and dairy free soon but I need some guidance from someone whos
been down this road. When I think about packing school lunch and snack I
panic. What do I give him for breakfast that a 6 year old would eat. Any
Ideas for cookbooks, places to order flours and mixes from. Any and all
advice is greatly welcome.
Sincerely, Amy Atkinson
