I had problems the whole time that I was sensitive to wheat but not
yet GF. And I've *never* had insomnia. I went completely pff
caffeine (yikes!) and even that didn't help. I was constantly tired,
but I wouldn't sleep. I napped quite a bit, but always a restless
sleep. Once I went GF, I got back into my normal patterns with no
problem.
