Hi All,
        I had posted a message to the list yesterday (Thursday) and I
don't think it went through.  I was just curious as to potato starch.  I
looked for this in the grocery store the other day and all I could find
was Ener-G foods "Potato Mix."  Is this the same thing?  I did buy some
and I made one of the pizza crusts that came from the recent pizza crust
post. The crust turned out extremely well.  Has anyone tried the "potato
mix" that I'm talking about or is potato starch something different?
