I can eat corn but cannot tolerate rice.  What is left?  Potatoes, millet
(when allowed), quinoa, soy (if tolerated), amaranth, garbanzo flour,
bean flours, tapioca flour ...
 
Personally, I love potatoes, and I probably eat them six times a week.
