Hi, everybody. I'm going to be in Swansea, Wales and London from
March 23 until April 1 and would greatly appreciate any advice on
staying gluten-free. To complicate matters, I have to maintain a
diet free of casein, citrus fruit, tomatoes, potatoes, chocolate,
soy, and rice as well. And to inject an element of black humor--I
can't eat green peas, which were hiding under every potato last time
I was in England. I'd contact the Celiac Society in London but have
not had a biopsy so doubt that they would be willing to provide any
information.
I'd be happy to post a summary of replies to the list, in case anyone
else can use the information (due to lack of a celiac society as a
resource).
Thanks very much,
Jeanne Prine
