Hi, this is my first posting, but I'm a CPA, so I'll add comment.
While it is a real pain to keep track of GF food, if your company has
something called a medical reimbursement plan, you may find it well worth it.
This is a plan where the company will reimburse you for anything that the IRS
considers tax deductible. Therefore, you get a direct reimbursement without
having to exceed the 7.5%.
