Hello, me again,
I just realized that I forgot to include my question about pappadums. Duh!
Here goes: Patak's Pappadums (plain) ingredients:lentil flour, salt,
vegetable oil (groundnut and/or soya), and sodium bicarbonate. The last
ingredient is the one that sorta bothers me...since sodium bicarbonate could
have trace amounts of offending grains. Has any one tried this brand
without any problems? And what is the secret to getting them to totally
fluff up in the microwave? Thanks again, this list is amazing :) Thanks to
all of you who respond so quickly.
