 I wonder what the basis is for all the claims of safety for this grain.
Have there been medical  studies similar to the one recently done on
oats?

(Wouldn't it be easy enough to do "Quinoa" challenges? then anti-body
testing?)

If not, it seems fool hardy for celiacs to consume Quinoa or any
questionable grain.
