Does anyone out there know anything about uses for corn gluten?

A member of my celiac support group called last night to ask if I knew
anything about it and if corn gluten was gluten free (sounds like an
oxymoron, but it isn't).  She wondered if it would help bread hold together.
Has anyone tried baking with corn gluten?
