Finn air definitely has done the best GF food I've ever had on an airline.
I flew from London to Beijing via Helsinki with them and it was absolutely
brilliant (which was fortunate as the next two weeks I lived on
bananas......). Air UK in Britain sometimes provides gluten free rolls, but
then their strike rate of remembering to get a gluten free meal for me was
only 50%.
