Hello List,
     Thanks to you all who had ideas for improving my gf
kitchen.  The following were suggestions for avoiding
cross-contamination--besides keeping the kitchen totally
gf:
     1.  Use only plastic or metal utensils--not wood.
     2.  Wash with hot soap and water--don't just rinse
           between uses.
     3.  Keep certain foods like peanut butter, margarine,
           cream cheese, separate for celiacs and wheat eaters.
     4.  Use two separate toasters for different breads.
     If I get any more suggestions, I will post them.
