I received the booklet for the CSA Conference for Celiacs. There was a
page on Basics for the Gluten Free Diet. Under "Other Items to Avoid"
they listed enriched white converted rice (may contain a barley
additive). This is the first that I am hearing of this. Normally I
make brown rice at home but I have had white rice in restaurants many
times. Does anyone have anymore info on this?
