I just read this recipe and almost had a fit.

Eek!!  You all probably know this already, but it should be mentioned by
someone that most soy sauces list "Wheat" as an ingredient.

I managed to find a soy sauce with no wheat in it.  Lucky me.

Sorry if this is old news to some of you.
