A trigger event, gluten and the right genes are necessary for CD, right?
Then why do none of my siblings, parents or grandparents have CD (one
grandparent has gall bladder trouble, another was a diabetic and an uncle
has an ulcer, but no CD)?

What am I missing? Could I just be gluten SENSITIVE and not completely
intolerant?
