I find your list very interesting and useful.

My wife Flavia is celiac since 1989. Since then
she has been following a gluten-free diet. What
she misses particularly is bread and pasta
(she does not like chinese-style pasta made with
rice). What makes things more complicate is that,
in addition. she has a C hepathitis, which means
she can't eat eggs, red meat and potatoes, among
other things.

 I am seeking all useful information regarding
possible medical treatments of celiac desease
and C hepathitis, including diet improvements.

However the number of messages I am receiving daily
is somewhat overwhelming and it interferes with
my research work (I am a physicist).
