Regarding flour mills:
I have one and love it. I am not familiar with the quality of the flour
mills mentioned in the recent posts to the list, but I can say that the one
I have is wonderful. I can grind not only rice into fine flour, but beans
as well. This saves me money and I have plenty of fresh flour on demand.
I will say that when I tried making tapioca into flour it did come out
heavy, so I still buy it from the health food store.
My "WhisperMill" also has a lifetime guarrantee which I have never seen
offered on any other machine. I paid about $260 for it a year ago.
General disclaimer applies here, I have no interest or monitary gain, I
only like the product.
