Ok, gang. Remember me: no wheat/gluten, no corn, no dairy.
I have hit on a "snack" food I can actually eat (and cook):
the small baked potato.
I have a good microwave and so I went and bought a 5-lb bag of those "not
so big" red-skinned potatoes that I always thought tasted better than those
big, brown potatoes.........
only problem is that the only thing I have put on a baked potato is Butter.
It I can't do dairy, what can I put on a baked potato to make it more
palitable?
Thanks.
