Hello Everyone
A very sincere thank you to all those who responded to my plea for help.
Last night I made my first succesful loaf of rice bread, courtesy of
Lynn. I made sure my yeast was working (the last batch wasn't) I made
sure my ingredients were at room temperature, I measured properly and I
allowed the bread to sit 40 minutes before the first knead cycle. Today
l will have my first real sandwich with Hellman's Mayo( thankyou so much
for that post).
You are all wonderful people and thanks so much for your help. I will be
trying the Yummy Bread recipe next.
