Anyone planning a trip to any medium ti large city in the U.S. or Canada can
find health food stores listed in the yellow pages. The library I go to has
over 400 telephone books. Call information if you can not find a book for
where you are going and ask for the number of a health food store. When you
you get where ever you are visiting check the local book for addresses. We
travel all over and I have never had a problem about finding something I
could eat in the local restaurants. Sometimes it was only a salad or
eggs, bacon and fried potatoes in some greasy spoon in the middle of the
desert.
