I am looking for a gf painkiller that is effective, but is not straight
aspirin (which I find ineffective for me), and also a gf combination cold
remedy, of which there are many on the market.
 
The better known products, like Advil, Ibuprofen, and Tylenol, are not,
apparently, gf.
