I just went to the vitamin cabinet and pulled our Vitamin E. This one
is a generic relabeled with our health food store's name. It's
ingredient list includes:
"Vitamin E...in a base of Wheat Germ Oil and Lecithin...."
Is wheat germ oil not contaminated by wheat? (I don't know the answer.)

Is Solgar's formulation water or oil based? Thanks for the pointer.
