My neighbor in our sister city of Odessa though El Chico's chili con
queso was okay, so I checked again. My server informed me (I made him go
check with the kitchen three times!) that the ingredients were: Velveeta
Cheese, chili peppers, tomatoes, green peppers and onions. Period. He
told me they'd changed their recipe just a week ago (I guess Midland
hadn't used up their stock of the old stuff).

So if you're a queso freak, check with the El Chico near you!
