I am new to the List and this is my first posting. I read the FAQ and did
not see this question addressed. If I am wrong--please forgive the
repetition. I am hoping someone with more experience and knowledge can
advise me.

Has any celiac had success or experience with any of the recently-approved
antiresorptive drugs (ex. Fosamax)? I had read this drug is G.F., however
was not recommended to celiacs because of the many GI side effects. I don't
know much about any of the others.

I have done the "hormone thing", exercise and Calcium supplements for 6
years but the bone scan is worse. The gastro doctors' emphasis is not on
osteoporosis and the endocrinologists don't understand C.D.

In anticipation--I thank you.
Coralie
