The next meeting of the Saskatoon Chapter of the Canadian Celiac
Association will be held January 29, 1997 at 7:00 p.m., Conference Room
A, 6th Floor, Royal University Hospital (old wing).
 
Our guest speaker will be a representative of a new company in Cudworth
that is producing gluten-free mixes. Samples mixes will be distributed to
members, and there will be baked samples to try. We'll also be viewing a
taped video that appeared on local TV in December where a doctor and one
of our members discussed celiac disease.
 
More information on the upcoming national celiac convention June 6-8 will
also be available.
