I have some recipes from a gluten free cookbook that is several years
old and may have been from England (I borrowed the book and have since
returned it so can't look up dates and where it was published.

The recipe calls for Trufree flour (uses No. 4, No. 6 and No. 7 in the
recipes I copied). I would like to know what kind of flour Trufree is
so that I could make some of the recipes.

Would appreciate the info in any knows. Thanks.
