I have been diagnosed celiac for one year. I've kept gluten free and
lactose free and have had only minor problems until this last weekend.
 I had two pieces of turkey breast at someone's home and had the
worst gluten reaction lasting two days. I checked into the company
and they assured me it was gluten free. I'm wondering if anyone else
has reacted to this turkey. The name of it is Marvel Prime Young
Turkey Breast and is made by Rocco Turkey Inc. of Virginia. It was
injected with turkey broth but supposedly gf. There really wasn't
anything else I can contribute the reaction to and I want to figure
it out so I can avoid ever having this problem. My gut is still  not
