I was disturbed by the possibility of Arrowhead Mills
cross-contamination.  The co-op that I get my gf foods from is
discontinuing Ener-G products and Arrowhead Mills is the only other
source they have for rice flour.  We're in a remote area, so this is
a big concern.  Does anyone out there have an e-mail address for
Arrowhead Mills so that I can lobby them to reserve a line for
gluten-free flours?
