Just wondering:
We live near a large bread bakery.  If we go to that town, quite often the
air smells of fresh baked bread.  Could there be any problems with gluten in
the air?
 
How about oats in the air?  I noticed a strong smell in Cedar Rapids from
Quaker Oats.
