Hi All,

I want to  begin by saying that I have never met Ted, and have no financial
interest in his operation.

I live almost 200 miles from his store, in Calgary. Since diagnosis, I have
gotten sick on many allegedly "gluten-free" foods, but I have NEVER  gotten
sick from ANYTHING I have purchased at his store, and we make the trip up
there every few months to stock up, so I have eaten a lot of his food.

That is the strongest statement I can make about his position on Safe Vs
Unsafe.

The food is delicious, too. Especially the doughnuts. They are better than
any glutinous doughnut I have ever eaten!

I hope this post isn't out of line.
