Aha! Another connection forms in my foggy brain: I suffer from
frequent migraines, even with prophylactic drugs. They are mostly
reactions to what I eat, including a wide variety of things not on
any list of usual migraine triggers. I am always most susceptible to
migraines just before and during the start of my period (very typical).
Could it be that hormone-induced leaky gut is at least part of the
mechanism of pre-menstrual migraines?

Fascinating, fascinating...

My doctor gave me an Rx for Gastrochrom, which I have never taken
because of difficulty getting the damn caps open (you're supposed to
dissolve them in water then drink, as opposed to swallowing them whole).
Has anyone had any experience, positive or negative, or seen any studies
on using Gastrochrom in celiacs?

Expiring minds want to know!

** Right now I'm having amnesia and deja-vu at the same time.
** I think I've forgotten this before.
