Hello listmates,
 
I'm wondering if anyone knows about foods that eaten with Potassium (K)
would diminish it's absorpition by the body.
 
For example I learned that Whole grain brown rice has an phytic acid
that diminishes/inhibits Calcium (Ca) and Iron (Fe) absorption:
