Does anyone know of a way to check the GF status of fermented black bean,
also other Asia products such as oyster sauce, nuoc mam (Vietnamese fish
sauce), etc. ? I've been using these for years, and am 7 months on GF
"diet for life". The prospect is not at all bleak if only there is a way
to continue cooking Asian. Thank you, Kate.
