We are practically neighbors.  I live near Annapolis.  As far
as a recommended rice cake that I depend on, I have eaten Hains
mini plain rice cakes by the bags full ever since I was
diagnosed a year and a half ago.  I litterally have at least 1
bag a day.  I take a bag to work and munch on these for
breakfast.  I have never noticed any adverse reaction to them.
 I have gotten several other people in the office hooked on
them too.  I should really by stock in the Hains company :)
