There are several kinds of lymphoma.  The most commonly heard of types
of lymphoma are:
 
Hodgkin's, non-Hodgkin's, samll B-cell, well-differentiated, and
granulomatous
 
 
HODGKIN'S DISEASE - a from of malignant lymphoma characterized by
painless, progressive enlargement of the spleen, lymph nodes, and
general lymphoid tissue.  Other symptoms may include anorexia (loss of
appetite/not eating), lassitude, weight loss, fever, pruritus (intense
itching), night sweats, and anemia (low iron).
 
The condition affects twice as many males as females and usually occurs
between the ages of 15 and 34 or after 50.
