This is the wonderful time of year when we can load our cupboards and
freezers with safe Passover goodies.  I just contacted Rokeach to recheck
macaroons carried by my market in Evanston, Illinois.  They directed me to
Joyce Foods who are the actual manufacturer and suggested I talk to Tony
Bensinger (201)791-4300.  He told me that all their Passover products that
do not list matzo as an ingredient are gf.  I questioned him on possible
contamination with gluten(matzo) products and he was very certain that this
was not an issue.  I particularly like to buy some macaroons to tuck away
in my freezer!
