I was just notified that author, fellow celiac, and friend
                PAT CASSADY REDJOU
passed away mid September 1996.

Pat was the author of "The No-Gluten Solution" The Cooking Guide
for People Who Are Sick and Tired of Being Sick and Tired and
"The No-Gluten Solution's" Children's Cookbook For All Beginning
Gluten-Free Cooks.

Pat has touched the lives of many celiacs. Her willingness to share

recipes.  Pats sense of wit and humor will be remembered by those that
knew her.  She was a friend and will be sorely missed.
