A friend of mine, who has only recently been diagnosed as having CD, is
going on vacation to Norway on Friday of this week.

Here in the UK we are well looked after in having lists available of
gluten-free food, and restaurants generally are able to cater for a
gluten-free diet.

Is there anyone here from Norway, who can advise us about obtaining GF
food? Is it generally available in food stores, or will she have to go
to specialist stores?

What words (in local language unless you think using English would be
acceptable in most places) should she use in a restaurant to make the
waiter aware that she has to have a gluten-free diet?

Any help within the next few days would be very much appreciated.
