buttermilkpowder and listed two companies.
For you who cannot or do not want to get those particular products
especially in canada,i suggest the following.
Most healthfood stores can order buttermilk powder through their suppliers
or you could ask your local dairy company for the product. Another source
is your local bakery that could order it in from bakery suppliers(make sure
the bag has not been sitting open in any gluten environmet. Anotrher source
might even be your local glutenfree supplier.
