Oops! Looking at my post about the substitution chart in the 1997 Old
Farmer's Almanac, I realized I didn't give the page numbers: it's on
pages 256-257.

The supplement in the back has lots of general reference and helpful
info; unfortunately it isn't itemized in the main table of contents.
I have no financial interest in this Almanac, I just like to get it
every year and keep it in the bathroom. (Where, I'm glad to say, I
spend a lot less time now that I'm gluten-free.)
