This is an appeal for area members interested in buying Brown Rice Flakes.
My Organic Market (M.O.M.) at 11711B Parklawn Drive offers organic brown
rice flakes but the owner, Scott, says he is going to discontinue them
because they aren't selling. I use these to make a granola-type bar cookie.
I'm posting the recipe to the list so you can see there's something tasty to
make with them. So would anyone in this area who wants to try the flakes
please call Scott at 301-816-4944 and let him know you're interested? Then
maybe he'll order them again. The supplier is Neshaminy Valley
(215-443-5545) and they only sell 25 lb. bags. M.O.M. also has lots of
gluten-free products mentioned on this list at competitive prices.
