Regarding Pat W's post about grinding your own bean flour, I tried this
(with navy beans) myself. Grinding uncooked beans and using them in
bread caused our family a great deal of gastric distress that lasted for
days (we are not all celiacs, either). It's my intention to try soaking
beans, redrying them and then grinding them, but I haven't yet had time
for this experiment.

Just thought a note of caution might be wise for those planning to grind
their own bean flours.
