Thanks to all of you who responded to my request for a non-soy replacement
for soy sauce. I received quite a few responses suggesting various GF soy
sauces but I am looking for a soy-less replacement.
Even the Bragg's Liquid Aminos that many suggested is made from soy protein.
As of yet I have been unable to locate "maggi sauce" which was another
suggestion from some list members. Does anyone know what this is made of ,
if it truly is GF and soy free, and where I can find it?
Also, someone (don't know who) suggested fish sauce (?). Haven't been able
to find that either. Anyone know anything about that??
